Need more than 8 hours? Additional time can be reserved at the current Workshop Classroom rental rate.
Reservations during Premium Rental Hours are subject to the applicable premium pricing in addition to your monthly package.
Your package does not guarantee a specific recurring date or time unless separately confirmed.
Recurring Workshop Host enrollment is subject to the Recurring Workshop Host Terms and Business Wellness Center™ Space Rental Policies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to use all 8 hours at once?
No. You can schedule your hours throughout your monthly billing cycle, with a 2-hour minimum per reservation. All reservations are subject to availability.
What happens if I don't use all 8 hours?
Unused hours do not roll over to the next monthly billing cycle and have no cash value.
Can I reserve more than 8 hours in a month?
Yes. Additional Workshop Classroom hours may be reserved at the current rental rate and are subject to availability.
Can I reserve the same date and time every month?
You may request recurring dates and times, but enrollment does not automatically guarantee a specific time slot. Recurring reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed.
Can I book evenings or Sundays?
Yes, when available. Reservations during Premium Rental Hours are subject to the applicable premium pricing in addition to your monthly package.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. The Recurring Workshop Host package has a 3-month initial commitment. After the initial commitment, your membership continues month-to-month until canceled in accordance with the Recurring Workshop Host Terms.
Can I use my hours for another BWC space?
No. Recurring Workshop Host hours are specifically for the Business Wellness Center™ Workshop Classroom. Other spaces and services may be reserved separately.
